Today, I made the rice-flour dumpling as a snack at my house. When I
dented the rounded rice-flour dumpling, it became a form of hemoglobin exactly. It was boiled and put into the bawl which contains ice to cool. Dark syrup and soybean flour were covered over the cooked rice-flour dumpling, and it was completed. The taste was very good.
